Open Door Arts-in-Education Project (ODAEP) in 2014. #SHEWINS is designed to serve young women on the brink of success--helping them develop social, emotional, and professional awareness through education, knowledge of self, self-confidence, and their unique voice which can be catalysts for positive life-long change.
